From the first grind at dawn to the last workshop at dusk — a walk through our hours.
The day starts before the doors open. The roaster warms, the bakers shape the first trays, and the studio tables are wiped down for whatever the afternoon will bring.
By mid-morning the breakfast-and-craft tables are full of families. Lunch is busy and bright. Then the light softens, the workshop candles come out, and the room shifts from kitchen to studio without ever losing its warmth.
We like to say Estaaj keeps the rhythm of a home — busy, generous, and never quite the same two days running.
