How food, craft and community come together under one roof at Estaaj.

Estaaj House was never meant to be only a restaurant. From the first sketch, we imagined a place where a family could eat well, a child could shape clay, and neighbours could linger over coffee long after the plates were cleared.

The name means 'to weave', and that is the daily work: weaving good food, honest craft and a generous welcome into a single afternoon. Some days the studio smells of bread and glaze at once.

This is the thread that runs through everything we do — and the reason we built a home, not just a business, in Dabouq.
